Sunday evening, I pick up the Star Tribune to find an article on a new birth control pill designed to stop menstruation altogether. In a little box off to the side, they had a short list of phrases women use to refer to their periods. The list was A.) Disgusting and B.) Horribly inaccurate. Have a look for yourself:
