Airline dress code

So, this girl was told she needed to adhere to a certain dress code to fly on an airplane, ridiculous. Beyond the fact that she should be able to wear whatever she wants, what was she thinking not wearing pants on an airplane? Its always like 55 degrees in there while you are flying. But whatev, if she was not showing beav, I don't see how they can tell her what to wear.
